, One-to-one meetings take place the following days and times (all EST)
, when you confirmed your meetings you had an option to add those meetings to your calendar. You should have also received an email with your meeting times from "firstname.lastname@example.org". If you cannot locate this email, don't fret! You can log in above and find your meeting schedule under the meetings section. Need a refresher on how to navigate? Watch the instructional video above!
, although it's rare, this can happen from time to time for a variety of reasons. If there were any personal details shared at the time the meeting was confirmed (email, phone) please go ahead and feel comfortable to reschedule. Please also let Lisa Carroll know she can lend an assist in making the connection.
, great question! Although our platform is designed to be true one-to-one video chat, you do have the option to add additional people to the meeting. This is done, after your meeting has been confirmed, by using the chat function. You can discuss and agree on a different platform to use (zoom, go-to meeting, etc.) and send out a different link for a calendar invite. It's super easy!
Technology is great, , until it stops working! Yes, we've all experienced this before. I suggest using the chat feature to share phone numbers with each other at the time your meeting is confirmed. Always have a voice backup plan!
